• How To Order Online
Click on eShop.
Click on Category of Products.
Sellect the product and add to Cart.
You may continue shopping.
Once you are done shopping, click on your Cart and Checkout.
You may register for future orders.
Fill in your contact info and select Shipment method.
Leave method of payment as it is, read terms of service and click on continue to send your order(s) to our server.
Reply your order confirmation mail with the type of payment.
A customer representative will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
• Is there a minimum order?
Yes there is a minimum order amount of 20€
• Can I place an order over the phone?
No you can't place an order over the phone at the moment but we are working on it.
• How much notice do I need to give before the delivery of an order?
You can place an order up until midnight 3 days before delivery. So if for example you order on Monday, your earliest available delivery day during checkout will be Wednesday. For orders placed on Saturday, the earliest available delivery day will be Tuesday as we don't deliver on Sundays and Mondays.
You can order up to 3 weeks in advance and cancel your order up until 12noon the day before your order is due to be delivered to get a full refund
• What happens if a product I order is not in stock?
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you by telephone or email (if you have not provided us with a working telephone number) before your order is shipped to advise you of any available substitutes. Where there are no substitutes or you are not happy with the substitutes offered, then we will refund you in full for the product(s) not in stock
• How will my order arrive?
All orders are lovingly packed in boxes and dispatched by our carefully selected bus drivers/ train controler. Items are shipped in our special insulated boxes ensuring they get to you in perfect condition.
• When are you able to deliver?
We offer Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday deliveries as standard. We are able to offer Saturday deliveries, however, this is available for a surcharge. We are currently unable to offer Sunday and Monday deliveries.
• Where do you deliver?
Once payment is cleared or picked up, order will be sent via Bus or Train to country of final destination. Note that your email and phone number is very crucial for delivery. We are currently unable to offer deliveries to some cities in Europe. To see a list of countries and cities we deliver to, please visit our delivery information page
